For one evening out this is usually the easier answer. Dubai taxis work City Walk, and so do Careem and Uber; a driver can stop on the side of the district the arena is on, instead of wherever a space happened to be free. Rail covers part of the trip only — the Red Line passes close by, but nothing on it stops inside City Walk, so the pattern that works is metro for the long leg and a taxi for the last few minutes. Coca-Cola Arena is about twenty minutes by road from Dubai International Airport. Decide how you are getting home before you leave: everyone looks for a car in the same few minutes once a show finishes.

Yes — City Walk is served by multi-storey and open-air parking, and Coca-Cola Arena is a short walk from either. Nothing can be booked in advance and nothing is kept aside: whoever gets there first takes the space, and a full arena means a full district. Drivers with reduced mobility have marked bays near the entrance, and a passenger can be set down at street level. Approach roads also thicken before a show, so count backwards from the start time when you plan the drive. Leaving is the slower half of the evening, since the crowd walks back to the cars together — sitting out that wave somewhere in City Walk costs no more time than the exit queue does.

Yes. Coca-Cola Arena has food and beverage outlets inside, from quick snacks and soft drinks through to fuller meals. Food and drink brought from outside are generally not permitted, and bags are checked on the way in, as at any large venue. If you would rather eat properly, City Walk itself is full of restaurants and cafés, and its streets are pedestrianised, so a meal beforehand and a short walk to the doors work well together. The same district is a comfortable place to sit afterwards while the car parks clear.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event and no refund is issued. Yes — you can book multiple tickets together in a single order and checkout. Booking several places in the same category keeps a group together where availability allows, and the full set is delivered to the one email address used at checkout. In most cases tickets can be transferred to another person. The exact method depends on the ticketing platform used for delivery — some support direct in-app transfers, while others need coordination through our support team. All sales are final, so orders cannot generally be cancelled once payment is complete, because tickets are reserved or purchased for your specific order as soon as you pay. Doors usually open one to two hours before the advertised start time; the exact time is confirmed by the organiser and shown on your ticket. Present your mobile ticket at the gate directly from your phone with the screen brightness turned up. Arriving at least 60 minutes early leaves room to clear security and reach your place.
