How will my tickets be delivered?
Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. They are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. Your booking confirmation arrives by email immediately after payment, and delivery instructions follow through the same email channel.
Who is Coca Cola Arena Dubai?
Coca Cola Arena Dubai is an independent ticket concierge service for events at Coca-Cola Arena. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Coca-Cola Arena, Coca-Cola, any promoter, or event organiser. We source and book tickets on your behalf through a network of trusted partners.
What seating options are available?
We offer access to all officially released seating categories, subject to availability. Exact categories vary by event and promoter — general admission standing, reserved seating, and premium areas are common. The available options for each show are displayed on its event page when you make your selection.
Is parking available at Coca-Cola Arena?
Yes. City Walk provides multi-storey and surface parking within walking distance of the arena, on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible parking bays are located close to the venue entrance. For popular events, arrive 60–90 minutes before doors open, as parking fills quickly.
Are food and drinks available inside the arena?
Yes. Coca-Cola Arena has food and beverage outlets across its concourse levels, ranging from quick snacks and soft drinks to fuller meals. Outside food and drink are generally not permitted inside the arena. City Walk also has many restaurants and cafés if you prefer to dine before or after the show.
What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event and no refund is issued. For specific cases, contact our support team at support@cocacolaarenadubai.com.
Can I buy tickets for more than one event?
Yes, you can order tickets for as many events as you wish. Each event is ticketed separately — add your chosen events to the cart and complete checkout. If you are booking several shows, place each order carefully so the correct seating category is selected for each event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, tickets can generally be transferred to another person. The exact transfer process depends on the ticketing platform used for delivery, which may involve reassigning a mobile ticket to a new account. Contact support@cocacolaarenadubai.com if you need help transferring a ticket.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?

What items are not allowed inside the arena?
Prohibited items typically include large bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, outside food and beverages, and any items flagged by security screening at the entrances. When should I arrive on event day?
Doors typically open 60–90 minutes before the advertised start time. Arriving at least 45 minutes early allows time for parking, security screening, and finding your seat before the show begins. For popular events, arriving earlier also helps you avoid queues at entrances and concessions.
